Rachel has responsibility for making sure that all legally required certificates are in place across our managed properties. She also co-ordinates all the various repairs that properties occasionally require and makes sure that these are completed efficiently and at a fair cost.

Property Inspector
Having built her own successful lettings business, Babs brings a wealth of experience and attention to detail to her Property Inspector role. Babs can frequently be found donning white gloves and carrying out detailed inspection reports that allow our landlords to keep an eye on their investment from wherever they choose to be.
